3D Digital Artwork of Interior Design
With immaculate and life-like imagery, Archiform 3D's approach to interior 3D Digital Artwork and video pushes the limitations of technology.
We model our furniture in 3D using photographs and fabric samples as guides.
The scenes are then decorated with small items like pictures, plants and household items.
3D lighting effects are then added to warm and enhance the scene.
The thoughtful combination of these skills often give 3D Digital Artwork that are better looking than real photographs.
What is noteworthy is that we create fly-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Digital Artwork.
3D Digital Artwork of Living Rooms
Interior living room scenes, like lounges, grand salons and family rooms are the most intensive of an apartment, condominium unit or house to create.
They have more features, are bigger rooms, usually cover more than one living space and are the center of everyday living in the home.
They are also the most difficult for a designer or architect to prepare a detailed brief for, so it’s hard for our 3D Artists to get perfect immediately.
Furnishings in these spaces can also be painstaking to model in 3D.
This is because of the complex shapes and curves that form items like sofas and lounge chairs, which require effort to get both the shape and textures perfect.
This is also true for the more ornate lighting fixtures, which not only have detailed shapes with reflective and semi-transparent materials but also have multiple ways of illuminating the room.
What is good about building these scenes in 3D is the scope for creativity.
This is often in the smaller detailing and touches that enhances what may be a partially complete or basic design document.
A book, candle, rose or pillow in the right place and tell a small story on it’s own.
Combining Real Views with 3D Digital ArtworkYou may have noticed that the actual view from this property is incorporated into the 3D Digital Artwork.
There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama.
Both methods have their benefits.
A simple 2D image put into the scene is the easiest to do, as the single shot can be taken in many different inexpensive ways.
Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the 3D Camera if you wish to animate the scene.
If the viewpoint changes in any direction the view doesn’t change, which is not a visually appealing result. The costs to acquire 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography due to additional time, extra equipment and further manipulation in the studio. The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with 3D Animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D Camera.Archiform 3D has the necessary equipment and skill to take both panoramic and flat view shots. You can also have these pictures done by someone else.
