By far the most 3D digital renderings within new property developments come from the apartments or condos. While the exterior of the building may only require two or three digital renderings, the interiors require up to twenty unique scenes of digital 3D art per apartment. Fortunately Archiform 3D only charges for the scene, not the digital rendering, so whether you get ten or 20 renderings the price remains the same.

What we need to create digital art of apartments

To create the 3D scenes we need CAD files, interior colors and finishes, furniture selections and fabrics. The furniture selections can often be the most difficult to choose, so we have create an extensive catalogue for you to choose from. The process has never been easier.
